1. Georgia Institute of Technology
This is in the state of Georgia and has different fields of study on offer. These include architecture, engineering, and a variety of other courses. It holds the Daniel Guggenheim school of Aerospace Engineering, which is the oldest and largest aerospace educational program in the country. The faculty is involved in different areas of the teaching experience from theoretical research to applied projects. There are different sources of funds for the program and these include the Army, Navy, Air force and NASA.

2. Clayton School of Technology
This is a part if the I.T faculty of Monash University in Australia. It is the largest institute of technology in Australia and is recognized for teaching excellence. The courses on offer include business information systems, software engineering, and computer science. The school is involved in research on e-commerce and its applications in business.

3. Oxford brooks University
This university is in the U.K and offers courses in motor sport engineering, communication and network engineering, media technology math and statistics. There are 150 teaching, research, and technical staff. In terms of technology, the university has two super computers and cluster servers. It also has motion capture equipment a broadcast station for TV and computer labs for animation. It deals with multimedia processing, software design and programming and has affiliations with industry players.

4. National School of Technology
Founded in 1977, it is now known as the Everest Institute. It is located in Florida and offers courses in Business, computer technology and electronics. These courses are focused on how they apply to health care. It has 30 institutions across the country and offers day, weekday, weekend, and night classes.

5. Butler Technology
Established in 1976, it is located in Ohio State and has over 190 programs on offer. These include advanced manufacturing, welding, and industrial maintenance and so on being mostly involved in technical training although there are other courses available for different individuals.

Technology schools may offer either information technology or vocational training. Information technology largely deals with technology and communication at different levels while the other deals with the largely manual and practical sort of technology. This is where things like manufacturing come in. Information technology is taught at different levels to suit the students’ needs and is dependent on previous exposure to the media of choice. There are numerous institutes of technology; ranging from fully chartered universities to government polytechnics that offer a certain level of I.T and its related subjects. Under Information Technology Courses, there are those that deal with hardware and soft ware. These include programming, networking, software development and so on.
